About Me

My name is Antoinette (Toni) Donley and I have been a practicing massage therapist since 2000. I currently own Believe In Massage, LLC, in Lemoyne. As a PA licensed massage therapist, I also hold a National Certification in Massage Therapy, and I am a member of AMTA and ABMP. I've taught massage therapy and related courses at the Alternative Conjunction, as well as, Computer Learning Network, now the York Technical Institute, where I sit on the Massage Therapy Board. Throughout my education and experience, I have learned various massage modalities such as: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Release, Sports, Reflexology, Pregnancy, Neuromuscular, Infant, Trigger Point Therapy and various energy techniques. Through a combination of these techniques, I have extensive experience pain management related to: sciatica, whiplash, degenerative disc disease, carpal tunnel syndrome, TMJ disorders, chronic forward head, frozen shoulder, rotator cuff issues, plantar fasciitis, stress and fibromyalgia.

Since each body is unique and has its own problem area, your massage session is tailored to meet YOUR specific needs and concerns.

In 1995, I graduated with a B.A. in Speech Communications from Shippensburg University and received a Master's Degree in Communication Studies from Shippensburg in August 2009. Along with owning Believe In Massage, I'm also an Adjunct Professor of Communications at Central Penn College in Summerdale.

My name is Tara Barrett. In 2003, I received my massage therapy certification
from the Alternative Conjunction Clinic and School of Massage Therapy. I'm Nationally Certified and PA Licensed. I also hold Certifications in Aviana® Mindful Touch, Reiki Master, Personal Training, Nutrition, and Aromatherapy for Massage. I have been an instructor of massage therapy at Keystone Technical Institute since 2008. I have earned two Associate of Arts degrees from HACC in Business Administration and Business Management, two Bachelor of Science degrees from Franklin University in Business Administration and Marketing. Currently, I'm working on a Master's degree in Communications and Marketing.
